Beauty with brains is Mia (Me)!

A lady is not only about elegance, attraction, glamor but intelligence too. Beyond Pink, she reflects passion, labor, sincerity, hard work, creativity, accuracy with beauty.

Mia Inspiration…

A job in telecom sector where gender diversity is a dismal figure gave me a chance to meet Mrs. Runa Joshi P., a lady who thrived in the man’s world.  She was exemplary of her punctual ways. By sharp 9 she would hit the office cheerful as always, by 11, she would wrap up a team review. At 11:30 she took the first coffee break, lunch by 1, checked progress of work by 4 p.m and by 6 p.m. she would pack her back and drive back home. I was thoroughly impressed by her work, actions, confidence, dressing sense and time management. She had a charm in her conversations and her intelligence spoke truly high of her. Whenever she addressed the team with her motivating talks, I would go awestruck. There was not a single day when I did not imbibe anything from her.

Eleven months down the line and one day she resigned. I was quite disappointed with the news but then rejoiced to hear that she was selected among the seven females who had made it to the first executive batch of IIM-Ahmadabad.  It was not about the coveted degree but what inspired me most was that she had not given on her dreams and aspirations, her passion to learn even after eleven years of her career. Despite of being a wife and a mother she was keen to grow and become a professional manager. What an inspiration she has been in my life!  After acquiring the knowledge, she is back in the corporate sector with more elan and confidence. The beautiful face is not just about the sharp and delicate features but more of her conviction and confidence.

One can never appreciate the worth of others, without admiring and appreciating one’s own…  says M

Beautiful Me…

I say I am beautiful because my parents and my husband make me feel so. I confidently deliver my roles and responsibilities with passion and elegance. Being an engineer, I have technical assignments to do, complex problems to resolve, important conversations to make, presentations to deliver with many nitty-gritties to attend to which I do with style and sophistication. The happiness and satisfaction that I attain after doing it all makes me shout out loud.  At the same time, I am making every effort to reach my goals and fulfill my dreams of becoming an accomplished blogger, author. 

This is being Mia…. identifying myself and being a darling at every step of work.

Daring, Dauntless, Dreamy is Me,

Sweet, Simple, Sophisticated are my danglers,

My demeanor adds poise to them, they reflect perfection of I,

The gleam in my eyes and sparkle in their outline,

Sing in unison with confidence and pride,

I can do it and I will do it.
