I dream to jump high
to touch the sky,.
I want them to leap higher,
the long, flowing strands of my hair.
Wish they whispered and whimpered in my ears,
Dear lady, there is no stopping,
Go on, Play, Dance, Sing, Jazz, Speak your voice and fear none,
Keep a bun or a plait or let them lose!
I look around and step back,
The world scares me,
And the fears topple me,
But I know, there will come a day when I will stand tall.
In the same way, the beautiful hair are bothered too,
There comes dandruffs, two ended and rough hair,
It all makes me shy and I fear the laughs from people around,
Thus, I plainly tie my tresses to look ordinary.
Comes the magical potion,
Dove says Pretty Lady, Leave on Me, Just Play!
I Let the wind blow through my hair,
I let it flow through me everywhere.
And there is more,
I blow dry, I color, I straighten, I curl them,
I act my super duper hair stylist,
With a believe that nothing can harm my strands, I dream more!
I flaunt buzz cut, I wanna some creative cut too,
I want the frills, rolls, its about hair love,
Do I ask for more?
Nay, I know Dove, my Hair Love will let me have it all…
This Womens Day, I wanna grow stronger in my thoughts and take over my fears!
That applies to my hair also.
This is my post for #DovePlay and don’t miss the video that has inspired me to write for it.
