If you read me, you know that I love indulging in food and unique experiences. Here comes another post in the same league. Usually, I write experiential reviews but in this post I will tell you about a restaurant that I am yet to explore.
What are we talking about? Anncensored!!!

- Owned by Mr Vivek Bhargava (ex-Google employee), this new restaurant is set to revolutionize the food scene in Gurgaon (Sector 29 Market) and Mumbai (Kamla Mills).

Most of the new restaurants that have opened this year love calling themselves ‘its different’. Each one is trying hard to make a unique space in the crowd. But what really will make a difference for any of these places is ‘Food and its flavors’. Let us see what does Anncensored offer to us.
- A couple of days ago, the online launch of a restaurant had trended on twitter. The restaurant opened in Mumbai this month and it opens in Gurgaon later this month but it has already caught the interest of food lovers like me.
- Being an engineer, ‘Innovation with Exploration’ sounds like a super cool theme to me!
- Food and technology will team in together. Have you ringed in the Mumbai branch yet?
- Good food always gets my eye and this one is on my list because Anncensored is being called as India’s first restaurant which will bring in quintessential modern and innovative cuisine.
- Initially, it was named ‘Uncensored’ but a Hindi twist has been added to it. ‘Ann’ means food and AnnCensored Menu promises to take the food experience to a whole new level.
- In fact, the food will arrest you through its looks first and then take on the taste buds. I am looking forward to some amazing breath-taking food innovations.
- Two separate ways of dining Censored and AnnCensored will cater to guests as per their choice. One is supposed to be the casual dinning experience whereas, the AnnCensored way is a lounge experience. So you already know what to pick? You must order the pair of censored and uncensored dishes.
- Fruit meat dishes, Tikki cocktails !! Does it sound interesting? Food will not be just be cooked in here but will be conceptualized in different textures, flavors and balance.
- American, Contemporary,Continental, Fusion, Modern European will dominate the contemporary culinary menu of the restaurant.
- The USP of Censored menu is innovative cooking techniques, the appetizers and tasting menus reflect the modern & conceptual interpretations.
